- The timer comes wired and with an override button that will automatically shut off after the system runs for the preset duration. Also included is a weight for the switch. This timer does not have a backup power source so if you have power outage you will need to correct the current time of day.

- The nozzle tips are manufactured from high quality brass (filter) and stainless steel. The nozzle tip has a built in check valve and filtering system. The check valve gives a very positive spray on and spray off. The filter is designed to take out any particles that could interfere with the flow of the insecticide. If you are on a well you might also want to use the Shoo-fly Water Filter when filling up the drum. It filters down to one micron. Our tips are compatible with most misting systems.

- Stainless Steel Blank Tips are to be used in place of a regular nozzle tip where you do not currently want the overhead system to spray. The blank tip has no hole for the insecticide to spray from. For example, if you are temporarily converting a stall to storage, you would put in a blank to plug the nozzle, allowing you to later replace it with a functioning tip when you convert it back to a stall.

- Pump Body Only: Brass Pump, 90 GPH Capacity with Viton seals. Preset at 240 psi. Carbon vane pump is self-priming, pumps 90 gallon per hour, doesn't have to be lubricated and is protected by a high-pressure safety relief valve that is pre-set by the factory at 240 psi. It is virtually maintenance free. Comes with band clamp.

- Pressure Gauge: 2 1/2 inch face with a dial indicator from 0 to 300 psi. Liquid filled, quarter inch pipe, bottom mount. This gauge is liquid filled to absorb vibrations and to give an easily read dial. The optimum operating pressure is 175 psi and is indicated by a red mark.

- 1/3 HP heavy duty motor operates at 1725 RPMs, 115 volts using 6 amps start up power and then dropping to 4 amps for the duration of the run. This motor is thermally protected.

- The Aluminum Filter is designed and built with the highest quality aluminum mesh to filter out particles to protect your pump. It has a 1/2" threaded nip. Clean the filter each time the drum is refilled with insecticide.

- Complete Check Valve Set consists of the Return Valve on 1/4" tubing and the Large Check Valve with Aluminum Filter on 3/8" tubing. Together the valves are set to keep the lines pressurized so that the system will spray when the unit turns on without hesitation. Clean the aluminum filter with each fill to keep any debris from blocking the flow. These valves can be purchased separately.

- Complete nozzles are used for new installations or if you want to add nozzles to your existing machine.
- If the nozzle is not spraying correctly, just the tip is replaceable.
- Each Complete Nozzle consists of a male branch tee, a brass adapter, and the nozzle tip. They are manufactured from high quality brass and stainless steel. The insecticide nozzle tip has a built in check valve and filtering system. The check valve gives a very positive on and off. The filter is designed to take out any particles that could interfere with the flow. These are pre-set and need no adjustment. The branch Tee has 1/4" compression fittings.

- Return Valve is built out of brass with a viton seal and a 1/4" compression fitting. This check valve is designed to keep a positive pressure on the system for immediate starts and quick shut offs. This is factory pre-set and needs no adjustment.

- Unions enable the connection of two pieces of 1/4" tubing. Includes inserts. Unions are also available in 3/8 to 3/8 and 1/4 to 3/8.

- Nylon tubing can withstand pressures of up to 1,000 pounds per square inch without rupturing and is chemical resistant. Our systems are recommended to operate at 175 pounds per square inch. Available in black or white — 1/4 inch
